Our roof was a disaster ~termites and dry rot made sections crumble in your hands. Josh and his team conquered this beast of a project when others avoided my calls and requests for estimates. Everyone who came to work on our home through Josh (even subcontractors) respected our home and the project. They showed up on time and kept showing up until the roof was fixed. And it failed a water test three times. THREE times! One problem would get fixed, but others we hoped were okay, still had to be dealt with. Josh never gave up and stayed positive with excellent communication throughout the job. He also checked in with us once the rains came and made sure things were solid for us and remained leak-free. He responded quickly to my calls and requests every step of the way.
I would trust Josh and his team with anything I need done with our home. I only hope our next time hiring him won’t be such a mess to deal with.
